Devices purchased online or by phone at optimum.com/mobile can be returned for a refund within 21 days of the purchase date, as long as they are in like-new condition and in their original packaging. This includes the charger, manuals, and accessories. Devices that are missing parts, damaged, or modified will not be accepted. There is also a $50 restocking fee per device and a $75 fee for missing accessories. Cash purchases will be refunded by check within 10 business days. Returning a device does not cancel Optimum service.
Optimum Business equipment
Customers can print a prepaid return label from the confirmation page and attach it to the box. The box can then be dropped off at Walgreens, the FedEx Office, or another authorized FedEx location. Customers should request a receipt for the shipment as proof of mailing.
Rented devices
Customers can return rented devices at any time, as long as they remain customers, with all included accessories. Devices can be returned to a local Optimum store or mailed back to Optimum using the prepaid label.
